God Made Me, Light and Darkness!

We had a wonderful week!! We learned that God made us and we are all different which is a wonderful thing! We talked about the first day of creation and that God made light and darkness and He saw that it was good! We started talking about our shape of the month - CIRCLES! We practiced drawing circles and started our circle light and dark craft.

Speaking of crafts, if you see a craft in a picture on the blog but do not see it come home there is a very good reason for that! We have an amazing art show for you that we hold in the spring and to display art work I will be keeping 4-5 crafts per week so that I have a minimum of 4 per kiddo. You will receive those crafts later in the year! Also, a lot of crafts build onto each other so we will work on one craft for a few days and then once it is dry it will be sent home!

Below is half of the class with their "name tag photo." I must be bias, but I'm pretty sure we have the cutest class in the school!! If you don't see your kiddo, not to worry! We will take the rest next week! : ) If you think of it, practice the names below with your child, I would love for them to start knowing each other by name.
